If you are a Rational (NT) and your Boss, Mother-in-Law, Parents are Irrationals (SF) you are in for a horrid time.
The irrationals are the Cats (ISFP), Butterflies (often musicians) (ESFP), and the dreaded Horsemen and Pony girls (ESFJ) and the Rodents (XSFJ - ISFJ).

It is difficult for rationals to respond to the sensing/feeling here and now world. They can feel it, but they do not know where it is coming from? Not unless they are living together.
