Weltanschauung = Looking out on to the world = Projection.
Just about every example of intimidation I have come across boils down that somebody wants to control the thinking or behaviour of another person. They have their view of the world and they want to force other people to comply with it. This is sadism which has the euphenism called assertiveness (Millon Map).
