What kind of Warrior are you?

What kind of Warrior are you?
http://wolfhut.org/cgi-bin/warrior-test.cgi

Results:

You have qualities associated with more than one type of Warrior. That's okay -- read the descriptions below and decide how you feel about each one, then choose one (or a couple) that feels "right".

Your sphere is Soldier (Unity in Strength and Action), and your class is Champion (Self-Righteous and Confident).

You are a Campaigner.
You have the mark of the Campaigner upon you. You have strong, self-righteous beliefs, and people who share your ideals. Your strong presence leaves the mark of leadership upon your shoulders, and you probably find yourself being the one who carries the mantle of "Alpha" on his shoulders.

Your sphere is Soldier (Unity in Strength and Action), and your class is Defender (Peaceful, yet Potent).

You are a Shield Bearer.
To be a Shield Bearer is to have great faith in your friends. Though your friends may not turn to you for guidance, they will turn to you when they need something more important... when they need somebody to stick up for them, especially in situations when they might feel vulnerable. You are very much valued by your comrades.

Your sphere is Soldier (Unity in Strength and Action), and your class is Rogue (Precise and Unhindered).

You are a Dark Artist.
If you were in the Republican Convention during Nixon's term of office, you would have been the one they sent to spy on and infiltrate Democratic Headquarters at Watergate. This isn't to say that you're a man of black operations or ill repute, but more to say that you have the efficiency and swift approach to carry out these tenuous, sometimes questionable, goals when most of your comrades might balk.

Self-actualization

Self-actualization is a term that has been used in various psychology theories, often in slightly different ways (e.g., Goldstein, Maslow, Rogers). The term was originally introduced by the organismic theorist Kurt Goldstein for the motive to realise all of one's potentialities. In his view, it is the master motive—indeed, the only real motive a person has, all others being merely manifestations of it. However, the concept was brought to prominence in Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the final level of psychological development that can be achieved when all basic and mental needs are fulfilled and the "actualisation" of the full personal potential takes place.

Cat & Dog People

Shadow Boxing (argument with an INTJ)
Ni is a shadow process for the INTP, if you value such structures. To me it seems a tad rigid way of processing the (yours or mine) world view.

In my word , the nicknames have a meaning: In the pub there is Waffle (ISFJ), Ratman (ISXJ), Panda (ISTP var), Carrot-top (ISTJ var), all indicating the character of the person. Others known as Cat Weasel. Not all nicknames are like this. Anyrate, my way of looking at personalities is akin to the Native Americans, and some of the member's names are like nicknames as well. The first ones that come to mind are Clubbed with Spades, Bear, Ungweliante, Snail, Snow Queen which will easily fit in the fantastic Perseus Intuitive (does not make sense) system.

ISFP - INTP lack of communication is based on experience. If one of the two do not want to communicate, no dialogue is possible. What is worse that in crisis, the Eagle and the Cat do completely opposite things. In a dispute between two groups in the pub, me (INTP) and the barmaid (ISFP) take completely different sides. This has actually happened a handful of times and it is dangerous, so dangerous that I broke off relations.

For me questioning is matter of survival, constant and persistent. As far as I have been able to work out Cats ask to come in and then ask no more questions. It is lack of enquiry is better suited because Curiosity Killed the Cat. So your quote is plain WRONG. Does not fit the Perseus system.

The Cat is a Composer. I do this as well. Rearrange the titles and give them all another name. Then the direction of travel is different. The Cat then uses the new names to affirm to Ni (Tertiary) like I am doing now, whereas, I would change the whole system and look in the opposite direction to my invented PI Introverted Perception (which may be called Introverted Sensing Si).

Si - introverted Sensing
Reviewing past experiences; “what is” evoking “what was”; seeking detailed information and links to what is known; recalling stored impressions; accumulating data; recognizing the way things have always been.

which is probably right because I am linking to the perennial philosophy, or the age-out parables of the Greeks and archetypes.

cf.
Ni - introverted iNtuiting
Foreseeing implications and likely effects without external data; realizing “what will be”; conceptualizing new ways of seeing things; envisioning transformations; getting an image of profound meaning or far-reaching symbols.

But it really the INTP input goes first to a free floating jumble of unintegrated ideas floating around in the subconcsciousness waiting for deja vous. The manifest of the INTP is rigid in its core but fuzzy around the edges. This is sometimes (often by INTjs) mistaken for fuzzy thinking. The INTJ rejects this extra perception (extra-sensory activity in the Perseus system).

INTP - INTJ
Complement
compatible strengths with opposite emphases

INTP - ISFP
Enigma
a puzzle: totally foreign in nearly every facet

INTJ - ISFP
Supplement
like Pal, but functions are farther removed: each can add to the other's strengths.

In other words, we are neither Cat or Dog people, but I can't (under)stand Cat people and you can't (under)stand Dog people.

With the Cat problem, they will acuse use NPs of speaking a foreign language. They will with NTs even more. Cats ain't rational. I used to think the artists world and the scientist/questor world was the same but it is very different. This is a major change of opinion on my manifest. An error in judgement, caused by inadequate Perception of people.

Jung's typology was popularized in the United States by Myers-Briggs who added a fourth factor -- the judging-perceiving preference which relates to the propensity to stop perception to make a decision. The judging type does this sooner than the perceiving type.

Vampires and Werewolves

The position of Vampires has not yet been allocated on the Perseus system. I'd rather be a Werebear than a Werewolf, but it is a close run thing. Beware of the Dire Wolf. Changed my mind. I would rather be a WereLizard, but I think I am a WereTurtle tonight.

The English tradtiion has Cats (ISFP) as the evil ones in the medieval period. Bats may have to be allocated as the Dark form of the Bird of Paradise INFP.
The puts me on the side of Vampires instead of Werewolves.

She could have been a Bird of Paradise but she chose to be a Vampire.

Bridge over Troubled Waters
From my observations, I think NFs more than other types seem to seek emotional understanding and connections with other users. They also want to teach everyone about the 'right' viewpoint. It all equates to a lot of typing, posting, and discussion.
ENFJ is the designated messenger. The Beaver in the Perseus system. But they are not Bridge builders. Team work is needed. The Architect INTP will design the bridge, The Executive will ENTJ will control the work force and the Artisan Mechanics ISTP will build it.

Schizotypal v. Narcissistic

Schizotypal Notes

(S) Fragmented Morphologic Organization (e.g., possesses permeable ego-boundaries; coping and defensive operations are haphazardly ordered in a loose assemblage of morphologic structures, leading to desultory actions in which primitive thoughts and affects are discharged directly, with few reality-based sublimations, and significant further disintegrations into a psychotic structural level, likely under even modest stress).

http://www.millon.net/taxonomy/schizotypal.htm

This is not what happens in detail. Incoming information is adsorbed and falls into a category of misplaced objects until a decision is made where to file them in the manifesto or discharge them.
----------------------------------------------------------

cf.

Narcissistic

(S) Spurious Morphologic Organization (e.g., morphologic structures underlying coping and defensive strategies tend to be flimsy and transparent, appear more substantial and dynamically orchestrated than they are in fact, regulating impulses only marginally, channeling needs with minimal restraint, and creating an inner world in which conflicts are dismissed, failures are quickly redeemed, and self-pride is effortlessly reasserted).

http://www.millon.net/taxonomy/narcissistic.htm

Incoming information is absorbed directly into the manifesto without a proper filing system.

Who is the Postman ?

These are the Messenger Gods. The Perseus system seem to differ from the Roman and Greek wisdom. This is a discrepancy I will have to sort out. Their messenger seems to be the ESFJ, but this may be a political decision.

The Messengers are the Teacher ENFJ, the Pigeon INXJ, sometimes the Skylark INFJ, and can be the other types like the Hawk INTJ (deputy to the Wolf ENTJ). The messengers do not think the script. They just write it out.

In a democracy the Gods are elected. The Whip Hand is there to ensure the proleteriat obeys. You have to take the whip to ensure you get your cake. But sometimes you get whipped and there isn't any cake, or your share is too small for your needs.

Do you hear the Orchestra?

Do you hear the Orchestra? Are you in step like the Conductor?

Or is your tendency to see the world in series of pictures or Geographic whole?

A tendency. No option for both, you have to choose one or the other. We are not well balanced here.

ISFP Hidden Agenda

They tend to be like the Artists (not proper Creatives although they think they are) and they compose, switch things around a bit and pretend they are original. The best ones are good technicians. They are rule followers hitting at the boundaries of Judgement Day with their increased Perception. They belong to the the organisation and do not like the Strangers. They may keep Cats. The really wicked Hex Witches should be burned at the stake. They have a tendency to walk out on poor providors and can be unfaithful.

INFP have been renamed "Bird of Paradise" under the Perseus system. They are NP Dragons. Again because they are not Thinkers they have to use established systems and rules and step over the line "Dragons are Here". This can be dangerous, but not all Dragons are are dangerous, and Tigers ESTP and other Big Cats in the known world are fearfully ....

Recovery for NPs

Recovery of self worth, self esteem, requires self analysis of your character type (Please Understand Me II) and then rectifying the deficiences.

It is not specified on the following page so I will extract the information from David Keirsey's book on page 183:

Rationals NT: Ingenious, Autonomous, Resolute
Artisans SP: Artistic, Audacious, Adaptable
Guardians SJ: Dependable, Beneficent, Respectable
Idealists NF: Empathic, Benevolent, Authentic.

Authenticity (philosophy) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Keiresy is incomplete.

I am a NP Questor

Esteem needs Autonomy, Authentic, Artistic (my invention)

A TP Projector may (surmise) need:

Ingenious, Artistic, Audacious.

A SF Irrational (Crazy) may need:

Empathy, Respect, Audacious

and he might not get Respect for his crazy ideas!

Obama (Academics in Real World Politics)

Obama may have been a quick study in the academic setting, but if there's one thing academic and elites aren't very good at, it's functioning outside their protective ivory tower. For them, the real world is often a confusing and disorienting place.

In Perseus speak this is called "drowning in the sea of humanity"

Discuss ?
