Excuse me, this is Horseshit (ESFJ). Turtle lore (> ENTP) says we do not want our head kicked in or our shell caved in because you disagree.

Most likely you go your way and I'll go mine. To care is to murder. Death by kindness from an non-kindred spirit.

Stop trying to make people be just like you. Its an insult.

Ingénue

The ingénue (pronounced /ˈænʒənuː/) is a stock character in literature, film, and a role type in the theatre; generally a girl or a young woman who is endearingly innocent and wholesome.
Typically, the ingenue is beautiful, gentle, sweet, virginal, and often naïve, in mental or emotional danger, or even physical danger, usually a target of The Cad; whom she may have mistaken for The Hero. Due to lack of independence, the ingenue usually lives with her father or a father figure (although in some rare cases she lives with a mother figure). The vamp is often a foil for the ingenue (or the damsel in distress, for that matter).

Its Fantastic

What word immediately conjures up into your mind. If this to do with your work of art, masterpiece, what do you think?

Fantastic
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fantastic

The fantastic genre can be subtly seen in works where the reader has a sense of confusion about the work and whether or not the described phenomenon was real. Todorov states that this genre never solely encompasses a novel as the ending always drives the hesitation towards one of two decisions which he titles as the uncanny or the marvelous. The uncanny, wherein the phenomenon turns out to have a rational explanation such as in the Gothic works of Ann Radcliffe; or the marvelous, where there truly is a supernatural explanation for the phenomenon:
The fantastic requires the fulfillment of three conditions. First, the text must oblige the reader to consider the world of the characters as a world of living persons and to hesitate between a natural or supernatural explanation of the events described. Second, this hesitation may also be experienced by a character; thus the reader's role is so to speak entrusted to a character, and at the same time the hesitation is represented, it becomes one of the themes of the work -- in the case of naive reading, the actual reader identifies himself with the character. Third, the reader must adopt a certain attitude with regard to the text: he will reject allegorical as well as "poetic" interpretations.

Relative Genres

There is no truly typical "fantastic story", as the term generally discusses works of the horror or gothic genre. But two representative stories might be:
Algernon Blackwood's story "The Willows", where two men traveling down the Danube River are beset by an eerie feeling of malice and several improbable setbacks in their trip; the question that pervades the story is whether they are falling prey to the wilderness and their own imaginations, or if there really is something horrific out to get them.
Edgar Allan Poe's story "The Black Cat," where a murderer is haunted by a black cat; but is it revenge from beyond the grave, or just a cat?

Figurative Language

Literal and Figurative Language
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
(Redirected from Figurative language)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Figurative_language

Literal and figurative language is a distinction in traditional systems for analyzing language. Literal language refers to words that do not deviate from their defined meaning. Figurative language refers to words, and groups of words, that exaggerate or alter the usual meanings of the component words. Figurative language may involve analogy to similar concepts or other contexts, and may involve exaggerations. These alterations result in figures of speech.

Details and examples

In traditional analysis, words in literal expressions denote what they mean according to common or dictionary usage, while the words in figurative expressions connote—they add layers of meaning. To convert an utterance into meaning, the human mind requires a cognitive framework, made up of memories of all the possible meanings that might be available to apply to the particular words in their context. This set of memories will give prominence to the most common or literal meanings, but also suggest reasons for attributing different meanings, e.g., the reader understands that the author intended it to mean something different.
For example, the sentence, "The Ground is thirsty", is partly figurative. "Ground" has a literal meaning, but the ground is not alive and therefore neither needs to drink nor feels thirst.

Home Education College Profiles (via Jobsite)

Logical Person

You have an organised and logical turn of mind and will probably be happier to work behind the scenes rather than directly with customers or clients of a business. You probably prefer to have a defined set of tasks to complete and a timetable in which to complete them and you may well thrive on meeting deadlines! On the down side, you may find that dealing with other peoples’ problems or emotions a bit trying so it would suit you better to steer away from a job where you had to deal with these sorts of challenges. You probably enjoy making things work and understanding how they work so dealing with technical issues will probably give you an interesting challenge.

The courses that you could consider taking are: Sage Computerised Book-Keeping, Sage Payroll, Practical Book-Keeping, Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Financial Administration, or one of the computing courses for example CompTIA A+, CompTIA network +, Microsoft Desktop Support Technician or Computer Programming Visual basic.net.

Social Person

You will be ideally suited to a career where keeping customers happy is important to you. They also show that you have good organizational skills so you will be a useful member of a team where systems and processes are in place, although you won’t be the most organised person there! It is unlikely that you will be happy working exclusively with technology, although you will be happy to use it to get the job done. Working with your instinct will come easily to you and talking things over with friends and colleagues is also important for you.

You could consider career options where the focus is on working with other people, so the courses that will work best for you are: Professional Development Courses such as Personnel Skills or Life coaching. The Chartered Institute of Marketing Certificate blends commercial and creative skills with a focus on the customer. Alternatively our social care courses develop skills in understanding how people work to make you even more effective at working with other people. Our introduction to counselling, child day care, child psychology, criminology or psychology courses would all fit your preferred style.

Organiser

Your preference for organisation will make you a really valuable member of any team where systems and processes are important. Because you like to have time to deal with problems thoroughly, deadlines may give you cause for concern, but, as long as you have enough time to deal with your work, you will feel more comfortable.

If your focus is more around organizing others then a career in management might be for you – consider our business courses to take the first step e.g. business management, business essentials, and business communications. If you would like to work in a specialist area within a company, your preference to organising will make the following options ideal for you: Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Financial Administration, Chartered Institute of Marketing Certificate.

Entrepreneur

Being organised and having processes to follow is probably not too important to you, you are happy to be free spirit and go with your instincts and ideas. Your ideal job will be where you can be innovative and able to use your creativity to its best advantage.

You do not need to know how things work – just what they can do for you, so whilst you are probably happy to use computers and technology, they are not the most important parts of your life!

The Home Learning College courses that will suit you best are: Professional Development Courses, Business and Travel courses, and Microsoft Office. If you also enjoy working creatively you could also consider Adobe Dreamweaver with a view to working with websites.

The Sonnet
Deliberate Gentle Love Dreamer (DGLD)
http://www.okcupid.com/personality?type=DGLD&g=2&o=1

Romantic, hopeful, and composed. You are the Sonnet. Get it? Composed?
Sonnets want Love and have high ideals about it. They’re conscientious people, caring & careful. You yourself have deep convictions, and you devote a lot of thought to romance and what it should be. This will frighten away most potential mates, but that’s okay, because you’re very choosy with your affections anyway. You’d absolutely refuse to date someone dumber than you, for instance.
Lovers who share your idealized perspective, or who are at least willing to totally throw themselves into a relationship, will be very, very happy with you. And you with them. You’re already selfless and compassionate, and with the right partner, there’s no doubt you can be sensual, even adventurously so.
You probably have lots of female friends, and they have a special soft spot for you. Babies do, too, at the tippy-top of their baby skulls.

Unforgiven for their Abuse

Yoga teachers Joel Kramer and Diana Alstad analyse the use of unconditional love and the associated concept of forgiveness as a foundation for authoritarian control. They survey a number of religions worldwide and conclude that the imperative of forgiveness is often used by leaders to perpetrate cycles of ongoing abuse. They state that "to forgive without requiring the other to change is not only self-destructive, but ensures a dysfunctional relationship will remain so by continually rewarding mistreatment."

Poison Control

Poison Control
©2010 Gail Pursell Elliott

Extract for Review Purposes

Poison control centers are valuable for providing good information about substances that can damage us physically. Wouldn't it be great if there were poison control centers that could help us with emotional or spiritual damage in similar ways? When my children were little the local center in our community offered Mr. Yuck stickers to put on anything that was a hands off item. People and situations don't come with Mr. Yuck stickers of course but I can think of a few in my life that should have had them and I'll bet you can too. I'm also sure that there are a few people I've encountered who'd like to give me one. Fortunately, we cannot assign poison control stickers to other human beings! . Someone who is poison to one person may not be to another, rather like various allergies which in some cases can be as fatal as a poison.

Five Types (Profiling)

Profiling at Jobsite

Contender

As a Contender, you're likely to believe at times it is necessary for work to come before the family, with the knowledge that the family will benefit in the long run from your success.

You believe that in a world of opportunities, the strongest thrive. Fortunately, you're a person that makes things happen. You're able to set goals and focus on achieving them, not afraid to make difficult decisions or take risks. The last thing you want is a dead end job, you want to move on up and be rewarded for your efforts and ability.

Balancer

As a Balancer, you want to carefully and passionately manage your time to get the most out of your life. You want to choose a job that interests you but still allows you to balance your career with your other priorities. You appreciate this flexibility in all areas of your life, interactions and work. The best type of organisation for you is one where people are treated as the most valuable asset. You enjoy the informality, friendliness and democracy. Most of all, work is a means to an exciting end for you.

Believer

As a Believer you believe the world has almost infinite possibilities. You believe people should be pursuing their passions and not be caught up by what others say they should desire. Your entire life involves continuously having new experiences and learning from them. It is the challenge, the risk, the prospect of what you can achieve that drives you, rather than simply making money. You're a self-motivated individual driven by your passion and so need a job and environment with loose boundaries and maximum freedom.

Supporter

As a Supporter, you're very much a family person and believe they should always come before work. For you there is more to life than work and want a job where you can turn up, get a good days' work done and then go home. You don't want the extra responsibility of decision-making either, you'd rather someone else in authority told you what to do and to what standard.

You believe rules and structures within life, particularly at work, are necessary to make sure everyone knows what they need to do. You're a 'safe pair of hands' and can be depended upon by your bosses.

Survivor

As a Survivor, you have a strong focus on getting what you want and getting it quickly. You believe in the survival of the fittest, where each person needs to do what it takes to thrive. You're not afraid of taking on physical challenges or risks either. When making decisions you don't waste time doing complicated calculations, you do it on instinct, on gut feeling. In terms of work, you're not really looking for a career, just a wage - you don't mind a hard day's work for a fair day's pay.

http://www.jobsite.co.uk/home/profiling.html

I'm a Believer

The process of finding a job to suit you can be very demanding and challenging. It's more than just checking to see if you have the right skills and working out how long it will take to get to work. Our personal profile will help you to better understand yourself and assist in finding the work environment that suits you best.

Inner World Recovery

Inner World Recovery

Enhanced dream content seems to be a function of the inner self trying to deal with bullying/trauma under the conditions of Critical Stress where the stressors cause physical and psychological illness (UK medical philosophy definition).

As stress is caused by other people or your psychic-social conditions, good dreams are a sign of possible improvement? The Millon Map proposes an interior map of behaviour when really it is just a response to psychic-social conditions (i.e. superficial).

As I have not been given any advice I have not any exterior wisdom source of how to deal with such stress intrusions. I described the trauma from the very beginning as "Heaven and Hell", certainly an orchestrated plan of intimidation by the Other. In other words, some people said out with the deliberate and premeditated decision to intimidate and bully me for their own nefarious reasons. I call this the Dark Star or "Bulls riding on the back of a Pride of Lions".

The difficulty is trying to trying to adapt to (fit your character in with) the outside world. Then comes the political climate, the politicans as social controllers. The Community Centre (the dream was real) is the community and animals are located in various compass points of psychological type/political affiliation around the centre (will the centre hold after the fire?). The types are grouped according to their psychological character types, although some (Artisans) are adaptive camp switchers.

Then the elected politicians give the good jobs to their friends (similar characters) and bully the "welas" outsiders and call them all sorts of animal names.

I cannot cut a deal if they will not even speak to me.

None of the personality type assessments are more than a guide and they do not stand up to hawk-like scrutiny. They are just a map of the surface features. But if you want to get from Hyde Park Corner to London Zoo, you don't need a map of London geology.

The Community Centre (the dream was real) is the community and animals are located in various compass points of psychological type/political affiliation around the centre (will the centre hold after the fire?).

When the centre is lost "all purpose and direction is lost"

When the centre is lost in the circle, it cannot be found except by two lines crossing each other at right angles'.

Ziz

In Jewish belief, Behemoth is the primal unconquerable monster of the land, as Leviathan is the primal monster of the waters of the sea and Ziz the primordial monster of the sky.

The Ziz is a giant griffin-like bird in Jewish mythology, said to be large enough to be able to block out the sun with its wingspan. It is considered a giant animal/monster corresponding to archetypal creatures. Rabbis have said that the Ziz is comparable to the Persian Simurgh. Behemoth, Leviathan and Ziz were traditionally a favorite decoration motif for rabbis living in Russia.

Management by Discrimination

Regardless of the progress made through legislation over the years, discrimination and bigotry still exist and utilize more subtle tactics to exclude perceived undesirables from groups and organizations of all kinds. Although mobbing is usually described as a status-blind form of harassment it also can be used by some to mask discrimination directed at individuals associated with those groups protected by law. The term may be new to you, but you will quickly recognize the behavior. If you are familiar with the terms "sabotage" "set up" and "wrongful termination" you'll gain insight from this program. This offering addresses how mobbing occurs, the impact on the individual and the organization and strategies for identifying, intercepting, and preventing this behavior in the workplace.

Centaurs (Astro-)

The centaurs are an unstable orbital class of minor planets named after the mythological race of centaurs. The name was chosen because they behave as half asteroid and half comet. Centaurs have transient orbits that cross or have crossed the orbits of one or more of the giant planets, and have dynamical lifetimes of a few million years.[1]

Oort Cloud

The Oort cloud (pronounced /ˈɔrt/ ort, alternatively the Öpik-Oort cloud IPA: [ˈøpik]) is a hypothesized spherical cloud of comets which may lie roughly 50,000 AU, or nearly a light-year, from the Sun.[1] This places the cloud at nearly a quarter of the distance to Proxima Centauri, the nearest extrasolar star. The Kuiper belt and scattered disc, the other two known reservoirs of trans-Neptunian objects, are less than one thousandth the Oort cloud's distance. The outer extent of the Oort cloud defines the gravitational boundary of our Solar System.[
